All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note that to be eligible for a refund, students should not have completed more than 75% of the course content and should not have claimed the course completion certificate or redeemed the free Excel template.
